Wow! A new computer! Exciting times. But, it can also be a stressful experience. Getting off on
the right foot is very important and we're here to ensure that happens.
If you are new to computers, or aren't comfortable with the latest operating system from Apple
or Microsoft, we would like to suggest our SmartStart! We'll come to your home, help you setup your computer, and spend
one hour with you in private tutoring you on what you want to know. There is no classroom to attend and you can learn at
your own pace, on your own computer. It's a great way to turn hard work into a lot of fun.
For only $89.95 we'll spend 1 hour at your place of residence. We can meet you during the day,
in the evening, or even on weekends. Here is what we include:

- Unpack from boxes to preserve packing materials
- Arrange Computer and Peripheral Devices on Desk Top
- Connect items such as keyboard, mouse, monitor, printer, scanner**, and joystick to computer*
- Plug in computer and peripherals to power source (wall socket, Power Bar, or UPS)
- Arrange all documentation, manuals, and installation disks for safe keeping

If you already know how to use your computer and just want help setting it up, you'll want our
Mini-SmartStart for only $59.95. We'll spend 45 minutes with you, get you up and running, and be on our way!
* You must pay for goods and services in full prior to the products being delivered and
installed. For any time required at your site beyond one and a half hours, there will be a charge of $90.00/hour or
portion thereof.
** This service does not include connecting computer system to a network or installing
internal components such as memory; or video; sound or SCSI cards. Additional charges will apply to install any
internal components or software.
